Lucy is a US and UK tax advisor, helping individuals navigate the complex tax systems in both jurisdictions and the interaction between them. She has extensive knowledge of the tax reporting regulations and requirements on both sides, and how to utilise the US-UK Double Tax Treaty where necessary.
She has personal experience of cross-border tax implications and advises individuals moving in both directions. She has significant experience of individuals moving from state to state within the US. She often assists clients who are nonresident but have investments in the US that can give rise to US tax implications.
She is a US Enrolled Agent (EA) — licenced to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service — and a member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) in the UK. She was awarded eprivateclient Top 35 under 35 in 2015.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University.
