Maniti is an Associate Partner and UK Head of Legal Solutions. In her role, she brings a unique view on the challenges and opportunities at law departments to reimagine a better operating model by fostering a change culture and aligning with business priorities.
Maniti advises law department leaders and leaders from the adjacent functions of procurement, contracting and business development on how to drive significant performance improvement through data and technology-enabled managed services.
Prior to joining EY, Maniti worked at a global conglomerate providing legal content, advice, and technology. She led lawyers through employing alternative resourcing models, process optimisation and technology solutions. Before that, Maniti was part of the foundational team that built one of the world’s first and leading legal process outsourcing companies.
Maniti earned her Bachelor of Law from the Government College of Mumbai and is a Member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in India, with all India practice rights. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
