Mark holds over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations, covering strategy, operating model, process and technology, delivering commercial results.
He is passionate about all aspects of customer engagement, including marketing, sales and service operations. Mark has helped clients across US, Europe and Asia-Pacific to unlock growth by delivering new customer-centric, omni-channel customer engagement models.
He was voted the ‘Best Consultant’ in the 'Excellence in Innovation' category for the Global Leaders in Consulting Award 2022 by Consulting Magazine.
Mark earned an MSc in Engineering with Integrated European Studies from the University of Manchester. He has also completed an Advanced Course of Design, Manufacture and Management from Cambridge University.

Outside of work, I am a supporter of Opportunity International, a charity that helps families living in extreme poverty build sustainable livelihoods by equipping them with the tools and training they need to fulfil their dreams and build their business.
