Maureen serves as the EY Mobility Reimagined Global Leader for People Advisory Services.

She brings more than 20 years of international engagement experience, partnering with clients to enable long-term value from global talent strategy and global mobility. Maureen’s study of leading trends in talent and workforce mobility informs her insights to clients on how best to align mobility, talent, and new ways of working in the now, next and beyond. She specializes in helping clients navigate risks, develop policies, and create governance programs related to hybrid mobility work arrangements, and truly reimagine mobility as a cross-functional lever. Maureen has a BSA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

How Maureen is building a better working world

Maureen is focused on working with teams to position, challenge and prepare team members to succeed. She is a sponsor and mentor to many minorities advocating for talent opportunities. Maureen is active in the firm’s Latinx Professional Network and Professional Women’s Network as a sponsor, mentor, and participant. As a special needs mom she also focuses on ensuring opportunities and resources are available to support and enable special needs families at EY, at EY clients and in communities.
