Pankhuri is part of the EY UK&I Transactions & Corporate Finance team (Energy & Infrastructure), focussing on corporate renewable energy strategy and power purchase agreements (PPAs). She advises corporate buyers on renewable power procurement, supporting energy strategy, PPA valuations, commercial analysis, execution and ongoing monitoring.
With over nine years of experience across India, Europe and the UK, she brings deep experience in PPA structuring, valuation and project management across complex energy transactions. Her work spans renewable energy roadmap development, commercial due diligence and long-term procurement optimisation.
Prior to joining the EY organisation, Pankhuri worked with a global energy management company, helping corporates secure renewable PPAs, and with a leading renewable energy investor and developer, where she supported large-scale corporate PPAs and gained exposure across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable projects.
