How Ray is building a better working world

“EY is committed to developing future leaders, a number of which eventually end up in the C-suite of large corporates. Strong leadership begins with personal integrity and through developing a leadership mentality well before earning formal leadership responsibility. Through personal mentoring, I challenge junior executives to identify, nurture and optimize their unique strengths, and to develop a healthy self-awareness of their areas for improvement.

Demonstrating High Integrity in business builds stakeholder confidence and trust, enabling the capital markets to function properly.”
