Richard is the UK&I Energy Sector Lead for Strategy and Transactions, focussing on due diligence (DD) and the delivery of complex cross-border value driven transformation programmes, including post-merger integration, carve-out/ separation, joint venture (JV) formation and value realisation.
He has over 26 years’ experience and has been part of the EY-Parthenon team since 2016. Richard has gained experience across the world serving global clients, working across the European Union, in Brazil, Colombia, the Nordics, India, South Africa, Switzerland, Middle East and the USA.

As a committed coach and mentor, Richard has worked with a voluntary organisation of senior professionals committed to boosting female representation at board and C-Suite level in the world’s biggest companies. He also contributed to an initiative focussed on education and equality.
