Richard is a transactional corporate lawyer for EY UK&I with a wealth of experience as lead legal adviser on corporate transactions.
Richard specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A ), joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and advising publicly traded companies on their disclosure and other regulatory obligations. He advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions, public (City Code Takeovers) and private company M&A, as well as significant class transactions and related party deals for listed businesses.
Richard has acted as lead legal advisor on numerous strategically important deals across a range of sectors but particularly Advanced Manufacturing and Consumer Products & Retail.
