Rob is the EY UK&I Head of Employment Law and proficient lawyer with over 25 years of experience. He joined EY in 2017 and works closely with the EY People Advisory Services team advising on the employment aspects of reward, tax, mobility and workforce advisory matters.
Rob advises a variety of clients from multinationals and FTSE100 companies to privately owner-managed businesses across various sectors. He counsels on all types of workforce issues including day to day HR, contractual matters, appointments and terminations, claims and disputes as well as the workforce issues arising on transactions.
