Salman is a partner in the EY-Parthenon Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy practice in London, having joined the team in 2005. 

With over 20 years of restructuring experience, he advises clients on solvent restructuring matters across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services. This includes simplifying complex legal entity structures, managing exits of large-scale businesses, extracting value from discontinued businesses for shareholders in a cost-efficient manner, and preparing wind-down plans.

He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
