Sarah is EY Global Responsible AI Leader, driving the development and implementation of global solutions that enable clients to establish and mature their responsible AI practices. She leads efforts to integrate ethical frameworks into AI systems, helping organizations scale their AI capabilities while maintaining privacy, security and human rights compliance.

Previously, Sarah held leadership roles at Ernst & Young LLP, focusing on technology and gaming industries. She has over 25 years of experience leading complex projects, integrating global teams and advising companies on risk management across all three lines of defense and automation transformation initiatives.

How Sarah is building a better working world

Sarah is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to build an equitable and inclusive workforce for the next generation. She brings this commitment to her work and community as a key member of the Tech Leaders Committee supporting the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County (CLAOC). Through her volunteer efforts, she has helped CLAOC shape OC’s AI principles and a vision for the responsible development, deployment and adoption of AI to drive an innovative, inclusive and sustainable Orange County poised for growth. She is also involved on the steering committee for OASIS Coalition for Secure AI, an initiative to enhance trust .
