How Seema is building a better working world

“My role is to protect and enable EY’s global clients as they navigate complex regulatory frameworks at a time of unprecedented human challenge. This is a moment of inflection and I work with EY clients on reframing collective futures, and doing better around unseen individual challenges, unconscious bias, diversity, inclusivity and sustainability. Throughout my career I have acted extensively in pro bono cases supporting refugees, families in difficult cross-border circumstances, internally displaced persons and those at risk of destitution.“
