Stefanie is a principal in the Americas People Advisory Services practice who focuses on the banking and capital markets sector. Prior to joining EY, Stefanie worked for several large global consulting firms, advising financial services companies across the full suite of human capital programs in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia. In 2019, she was recognized by Workforce Magazine as a Workforce Game Changer. She has a Bachelor's degree in economics (social sciences) from the University of Sydney, Australia.
