How Yunus is building a better working world

"I believe consultants have key roles as change agents, disruptors, shapers and, most importantly, as the deliverers of transformations.

In the industrials and energy sector, this means helping our clients build the infrastructure and assets needed for a safe, secure, decarbonised and digital world, delivering economic growth for all.

I focus my energy on building confident, inclusive, high-performing teams by engendering trust, respect, collaboration, curiosity, creativity and a growth mindset, where everyone feels they can be true to themselves and that they belong and feel valued.

I am also passionate about creating meaningful opportunities to enable individuals to develop themselves.

When we apply these principles together with our clients, we become one team aiming for the same outcome – building a better working industrials and energy market."
