On 18 January 2024, the Companies entered Administration and Samuel James Woodward and Daniel Christopher Hurd, partners of EY Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team, were appointed as Joint Administrators (the “Joint Administrators”). The appointment was made by the Companies’ Director under the provisions of Paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
Communications
The Joint Administrators will give the required written notice to all known creditors and shareholders of the Companies as at the date of their appointment, that all reports and other applicable communications will be made available for viewing and downloading from this website.
