Mike Willett is the Technology Consulting Leader for EY New Zealand with nearly 30 years of experience in information management, analytics and data‑driven transformation across New Zealand and Australia. He specialises in helping organisations establish the data product foundations required to scale analytics and artificial intelligence in a practical, sustainable way.

In recent years, Mike has led large‑scale data product transformations for some of New Zealand’s most complex organisations, supporting their shift from fragmented data environments to product‑led ecosystems designed to enable AI‑driven insight and decision‑making. His work spans data strategy and governance, cloud‑based data platforms, and the design of operating models that allow multidisciplinary teams to build, deploy and support data products at scale.
