With over 25 years of consulting experience, Dave is an accomplished leader with deep knowledge in developing corporate strategy, driving end-to-end performance transformations, and developing and implementing product value optimization strategies. His transformative performances and corporate strategies sustain impact through the improvement of organizational health, including leadership development and capability building.
Dave has significant experience in leading the development and deployment of CEO and C-suite strategy services, including growth, digital and ESG for large and medium-sized public and private companies across a wide range of advanced manufacturing industries, including automotive and assembly. Prior to joining EY, Dave was a partner and operation practice leader in a top-tier global strategy firm, and he also held a variety of leadership roles in the automotive industry,
Dave holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics from Queen’s University. Dave also has a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing University of International Business and Economics in Mandarin.
