In a career spanning more than 25 years as an advisor to public and private sector companies and in senior executive roles in real estate and government, Ingrid is passionate about helping companies achieve success by taking smart risks.

With deep knowledge in enterprise risk management (ERM), internal audit, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, she is driven by a desire to build a better working world with transformative approaches to risk management.

A recognized thought leader, Ingrid frequently shares her vision on the future of risk management as an ERM instructor for one of Canada’s largest universities; and as an in-demand speaker and contributing author to The Handbook of Board Governance: A Comprehensive Guide for Public, Private, and Not-for-Profit Board Members.

Ingrid is also passionate about giving back to the community, serving on not-for-profit boards like the Institute of Internal Auditors (Toronto Chapter). She is also senior executive fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and graduate of the Harvard Business School Corporate Risk Leadership executive program.
