He brings over 15 years of investment banking experience and growth financing for clients with over $30 billion in announced M&A transactions across multiple sectors.
Jatinder has worked on a wide variety of transactions including public company deals, private entity sell-side and buy-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, spin-offs and minority investments.
Prior to joining EY, Jatinder spent three years with Husky Energy in its corporate development team, where he successfully led the downstream M&A activities including the carve-out of the Prince George refinery business. Prior to that, Jatinder spent over 10 years as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse in New York and Toronto.
Jatinder has an MBA from Yale School of Management and an MS in Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He also holds six patents in memory design innovations.
