Jeff is an Executive Director focused on the private equity sector at Ernst & Young LLP. He advises the leadership teams of private equity-backed companies on their transformational agendas.
Jeff’s client work focuses on growth strategy, M&A, business transformation, working capital optimization and enterprise cost reduction. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience across industries and geographies.
Prior to his current role, Jeff was the EY Americas head of business development for Strategy and Transactions, responsible for designing and deploying market initiatives across the Americas.
Jeff holds a BS in Foreign Service, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
