Joel works in lockstep with teams and clients to get to the heart of what makes an organization unique. Then, he helps transform those differentiators into finely honed competitive advantage. He has expansive experience developed through more than 25 years with leading management consulting firms, and in industry. Joel has operated across performance transformation, cost reduction, growth enablement and organizational design in a variety of industries, most notably in the consumer and retail spaces.
Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration, at Queen’s University. He is a sought-after media source and industry speaker.
