Karyn is the EY Global Vice Chair – Inclusiveness, leading initiatives to build an inclusive culture for 400,000 employees across 150 countries, alongside our clients and communities. She is focused on connecting global business leaders striving for more inclusive workplaces for everyone, yielding sustained business performance and growth. She and her team set the strategy to maximize the business value of inclusiveness at the EY organization, partnering closely with EY leaders for activation.

Karyn started her EY career as a tax professional more than 25 years ago, before transitioning to shape talent, culture and inclusiveness practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio, a Master’s in Taxation from Fordham University, and a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard Business School. Karyn serves on the United Way of New York City board and the Catalyst Board of Advisors, and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Karyn has long been a strong advocate for sustainable change to accelerate inclusiveness for everyone at EY. Her work includes an expanded focus on socio-economic inclusion and social mobility. She is also the founding sponsor of EY’s Neuro-Diverse Centers of Excellence.
