Marie-Josée serves as a trusted advisor to senior executive teams, helping organizations design and deliver people strategies that enable large‑scale transformation and long‑term workforce readiness. Her work focuses on HR strategy, organizational effectiveness and workforce evolution, supporting clients across sectors including technology, financial services, retail, public health and Canadian Crown corporations.

Prior to joining EY, she spent more than two decades at Bell Canada, where she held progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Organizational Development, Total Rewards and HR Services, and Human Resources for Bell Business Markets and Service Delivery. Earlier in her career, she gained additional experience in the banking sector at BMO.

Marie-Josée holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
