As EY Canada’s Sustainability Leader and Partner, Oksana drives our strategic efforts to help Canadian organizations grow responsibly and build long-term value through ESG strategies. Deeply connected to our ambition to shape a more sustainable future, she empowers businesses to lead with purpose and respond boldly to rising expectations.

Oksana also advises both public and private clients to build a stronger Canada by embedding ESG and decarbonization into their business strategies, risk management frameworks and operations and measuring outcomes of their efforts.

Globally, Oksana brings over 20 years of experience designing, implementing and measuring the impact of large-scale transformation initiatives rooted in behaviour change. She also serves as the Canadian lead for EY Four Futures, engaging Boards and executive teams in exploring business resilience in the face of climate change.

Oksana holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a CPA designation and an MPA in International Management.
