How you are building a better working world
Building a better working world, to me, begins with your growth mindset to commit to new developmental goals for a "better me," leading with purpose and a clear vision to bring out the best in yourself and others for a "better us" and practicing new ways of helping enable change by serving clients, society and business to help create a "better working world".
As a certified Scrum Master and lead QA analyst at EY Design Studio, I contribute to this vision by helping deliver value on a multitude of engagements. Having obtained the globally recognized Project Management Professional accreditation demonstrates my dedication extends beyond setting goals to achieving and practicing them. I am committed to building a better working world through servant leadership, empathy, innovation and inclusivity. From asking impactful questions, helping create storytelling videos to participating in the EY Ripples initiative, I contribute to society, aligning with the exceptional EY experience "it's yours to build.”
