Rami is an EY Canada Partner leading EY's Americas Cannabis Centre of Excellence. He works with public and private companies as well as financial investors as a value architect, identifying and unlocking growth levers, and maximizing shareholder value.

Rami has built extensive experience developing and executing strategic and growth plans; profit improvement programs; and market assessments in a wide range of industries and sectors. That includes cannabis, pharma, life sciences and consumer businesses. Prior to joining EY, Rami was a Partner, focused on deal strategy and value creation, as well as national leader of a pharma, life sciences and cannabis practice at another global professional services firm. He has experience leading practice groups in Toronto and Dubai, and has assisted private and corporate clients in conducting comprehensive business and market reviews, as well as designing organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Rami is a Certified Management Accountant. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Concordia university, as well as a certificate in strategic business planning from The George Washington University.
