As the EY Global Robotics & Physical AI Leader, Youngjun shapes the organization’s strategy for next-generation robotics, with a particular focus on humanoid systems and emerging physical artificial intelligence (AI) applications. He works closely with EY teams and clients to help accelerate the adoption of advanced robotics across industries.

Youngjun brings more than 18 years of experience in robotics and AI spanning academia, industry and defense. Before joining the EY organization, he led a robotics AI lab in the logistics sector, driving major innovations to modernize largescale operations. He also served as research faculty in Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, contributing to advancements in aerial robotics and autonomous systems.

Throughout his career, Youngjun has supported pioneering work in quadruped robots, unmanned aerial platforms and advanced defense and space technologies. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
