KSR Electronic Systems Limited (formerly in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) ('the Company')

On 27 January 2020, the Company entered administration and Lucy Winterborne and Daniel Christopher Hurd were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the Company’s directors under the provisions of paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.

On 12 January 2021, the administration came to an end and the Company was placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and Lucy Winterborne and Daniel Christopher Hurd were appointed as Joint Liquidators, pursuant to Paragraph 83 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

Update as of 28 March 2025

The Liquidators have prepared their final account for the Liquidation, which was delivered to all known creditors on 24 January 2025. In accordance with Rule 18.9, a period of eight weeks was allowed to elapse from the date of delivery of the final account to allow creditors and members time to ask for further information about the Liquidators' remuneration and expenses.

As no requests or court applications were made, the Liquidators filed a copy of the final account and form LIQ14 with Companies House on 28 March 2025.

Accordingly, the Liquidators have now vacated office and released from liability.
