TEAM Precision Pipe Assemblies Limited (formerly in Administration) (“the Company”)
On 1 March 2023, the Company entered Administration and Lucy Winterborne and Daniel Christopher Hurd, partners of EY Parthenon, were appointed as Joint Administrators (“the Administrators”). The appointment was made by the directors in accordance with paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
Please be advised that in accordance with the terms of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, as there were no further assets to be realised or distributions to be made, the Company has moved from Administration to dissolution. The Joint Administrators have delivered Companies House Form AM23 to the Register of Companies giving notice of the end of the Administration. The Administration officially ended on 10 March 2025, the date the form was registered by Companies House, and the Company will be deemed to be dissolved three months thereafter.
