    How’s it structured?

After an EY induction, you’ll join your team and jump straight into work on real client projects.

From working as part of a team redesigning processes and procedures or advising clients on the development and implementation of technology solutions, you’ll develop a huge mix of business and people skills.

You'll support programme managers in their day-to-day running of the programme governance including creation of Project artifacts, diary management and scheduling governance meetings, creating governance presentations and document management controls. This will also include creating programme and project communication plans and regular status reports, managing the risk and issue log, managing the programme change log, statuses and change response process, and supporting project reporting on specific metrics and communication of significant issues to relevant stakeholders.

Throughout the programme you'll have access to training and development resources as well as support from colleagues within your team. Since no two projects will be the same, we’ll coach and mentor you in a way that will prepare you for anything.

If you do a great job, you could be promoted to Senior Consultant by the end of the programme.
