During this stage, you will need to enter your personal details so we can learn more about you. It’s important to read all instructions carefully and provide all the details of your qualifications. Don’t forget to proofread your answers before submitting them and ensure you remember your login details as you’ll need to access the portal throughout the process.
These immersive assessments that have been specially designed for you so you can demonstrate your potential for the programme you have applied to. They will involve a selection of rank order, written and recorded video answers, and, where applicable to your programme, a time-recorded Numeric Reasoning Test. You’ll receive full instructions by email and in your candidate account area about the structure of the assessment and whether it needs to be completed in one sitting, including access to practice tests – so make sure you take the opportunity to use these.
Following completion of the programme, eligible candidates may be invited to continue through our conversion process, which includes an EY Experience Day and final interview. These steps will help us assess your strengths and fit for a future role at EY.
In this virtual assessment event, you’ll take part in a range of activities and exercises where you’ll be required to use a webcam facility to interact with your assessor. The event is designed to see if you have the strengths needed for your role at EY but it’s also a chance to see if EY is right for you. We’ll send you all the details and guidance needed ahead of the day.
This is your opportunity to share your strengths and motivations for the role you’ve applied for with a senior member of the team. It is also your chance to ask any questions you have about the programme and business area you’ve applied to. We’ll be in touch after to let you know if you’ve been successful in securing a role – good luck!
