How’s it structured?

After an EY induction you will join FAAS, part of CFO Consulting. We will help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find creative and sound ways of solving them. You will work across a range of sectors including Insurance, Banking, Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management with FAAS offerings including Compliance (such as IFRS 17, Regulatory Reporting and Basel IV), Cognition, Control, Cost, Sustainable Finance, Treasury and Accounting Policy Advisory and Assurance (APAA). You will make an impact to our clients and help shape futureproof, insights-focused finance functions.

In the first year you will get the opportunity to study for a CIMA certificate in accounting, finance and business law. Throughout the programme you will also have access to training programmes such as the FAAS Academy, informal training and development resources, plus your team will also be on hand to support.
