On 5 March, the Company entered Administration and AM Hudson, CA Lewis and JM O'Connor were appointed as Joint Administrators. Following a request by the Company’s Directors, the appointment was made by The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc as Security Trustee on behalf of the Company’s lenders under the provisions of paragraph 14(1) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
