Patrick is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 35 years of Corporate Restructuring experience. He joined EY in 1986 from the Insolvency Service and is one of the leaders of our Solvent Restructuring practice.
Patrick is a past President and a current Board member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association. He is the current Chairman of the Insolvency Practitioners (IPA) Standards Ethics and Regulatory Liaison Committee and the IPA’s representative on the Joint Insolvency Committee.
Patrick graduated from Sheffield University in 1982 with an Upper Second in Applied Mathematics.
How Patrick is building a better working world
Patrick helps clients with his broad breadth of experience of insolvencies and restructurings in many industries. He also advises clients on legal entity rationalisation and closure management solutions.
He has vast knowledge of solvent liquidations, including Section 110 schemes, the restructuring of investment trusts and end of fund life issues. Patrick uses his experience to help clients find practical solutions, which maximise value and deliver the best outcome for shareholders.
