How Kate is building a better working world
"I thrive by helping others thrive at work and spend my time helping teams and businesses to find their shared purpose, and achieve it together. The cognitive capability of any group relies on their wellbeing. Engaging and understanding people can realise a capable, productive workforce through the most difficult of times. Listening, understanding and supporting our people has allowed them to deliver success throughout 2020 to date, and underpins our ability to provide business and career growth into the future."
