I am a CX leader with 10 years of consulting experience across the UK, Australia and Canada. I show up as a cross-functional leader with a focus on forming common customer strategies and outcomes.

Megs is a Director with the Customer Strategy & Innovation team at EY Design Studio.

Originally from Scotland, Megs brings 10 years of design consulting experience from EY and other professional services organizations. She is experienced in service design, customer strategy, design research and human-centered transformation programs. Megs thrives when driving complex projects or addressing sticky cross-functional problems.

On programs of work, Megs helps in managing multiple design teams to provide strategy, service, product and design outputs and outcomes. She loves playing the bridging role between the C-suite, business functions, consultants, designers and end users.

Megs has a Master’s in International Business from Toulouse Business School and a First-class Economics degree from the University of Leeds.
