Cyber

Information security and cyber defence is an area of growing importance within the deal space as investors and business entities are increasingly seeking assurance around data protection, vulnerability exposures and an asset’s preparedness for the future cyber threat landscape.

As part of the TSE Cyber team, we support our clients by providing cyber related considerations that may impact the value of their deals by performing independent information security and cyber defence assessments to identify cyber risks. We also facilitate the creation of strategies for organisations to protect their portfolios or assets against cyber threats.
