Finance Modelling Summer Internship

If you’re in your penultimate year at university, or if you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year Master’s degree, or taking a gap year, this internship is for you. We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels (with an A in A-level Maths)/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply. 

Experience that would be beneficial includes knowledge of programming languages (such as VBA, SQL, Python, R etc.), experience of OLAP technologies (e.g. Oracle, Anaplan) and previous work experience across Financial Services and/or data analytics.

Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to flex style to build rapport with team members and clients. They will be able to interrogate and understand complex business data requirements to build analytical models that will deliver relevant insights. In addition, an understanding of financial principles, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products are important to being successful in the role.
