    Podcast

Hear from our people on how to grow your technology career at EY

    How’s it structured?

First things first – you’ll have an induction. Then you’ll join your team in either UK & Ireland or Financial Services and start working with your new colleagues on real client projects. At this point, you can stop thinking of yourself as an intern and start thinking of yourself as a consultant.

You could be helping a major bank transform entire data management systems, or advising a global retailer on how to optimise their supply chain through technology strategy and implementation. Don’t forget that your colleagues can help and teach you, too, so ask lots of questions.

If you do a great job, you could be offered a place on a graduate programme when you finish university.
