OfficeTeam Limited (formally in Administration and now in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (‘the Company’)
On 14 May 2020, the Company entered Administration and R H Kelly, and C G J King were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the OfficeTeam Limited’s Board of Directors under the provisions of paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
Shortly following their appointment, the Administrators completed a sale of the business and assets of OfficeTeam Limited to Paragon Data Analytics Limited and the business is continuing to trade under new ownership and queries in relation to ongoing trade should be directed to your usual contact within the OfficeTeam business.
In accordance with a Court Order dated 27 June 2022 (“the Order”), R H Kelly was replaced as Joint Administrator by S J Woodward as he retired from the EY Partnership.
On 19 June 2023 the Company entered Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and S J Woodward and C G J King were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
