How Chris is shaping the future with confidence

Guided by a belief in the power of infrastructure to improve lives, Chris helps leaders deliver smarter, faster and more resilient outcomes from major programmes. He draws on his experience in nuclear and complex capital projects to strengthen programme assurance, redesign delivery models and build decision frameworks that hold up under cost, risk and climate pressures.

Working closely with clients, he turns ambition into investable, achievable plans, from shaping the case for major new builds to navigating long-term asset challenges and decommissioning activity. His approach emphasises clarity, evidence-based decision-making and collaborative delivery.

Chris is also a champion of flexible working as a foundation for sustainable performance, recognising that confident organisations depend on confident people. He remains committed to infrastructure that delivers lasting value for communities and helps accelerate progress towards a more sustainable and connected future.
