Claire is a transactional corporate partner who has a wealth of experience acting as lead legal advisor on strategically important UK and international corporate and finance deals with a focus on private businesses operating in the mid-market. 

She is particularly proficient at advising on multijurisdictional, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, but her practice also covers private equity, joint ventures, strategic reorganisations and restructures, and general corporate advisory matters.

Claire works with public and private companies, private equity funds, including their portfolio companies, and entrepreneurs operating in multiple jurisdictions, across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining EY, Claire was a partner at an international law firm.  She earned her LLB from the University of Bristol and undertook the LPC at Nottingham Law School.
