As a partner in Financial Accounting Advisory Services and the US FAAS Energy Sector Leader, he has supported public and private companies on complex accounting and regulatory matters related to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, divestitures and finance transformation. Earlier in his career, David served as an audit partner — experience that continues to inform his emphasis on quality, governance and professional judgment.
