Jack is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, leading the UK financial services operational resilience solution, helping clients not only meet global regulatory requirements but also embed resilience into their culture and operations. 

Prior to this, he led the operational resilience strategy team at a globally recognized regulator in the UK, where he was responsible for the technical input into the UK operational resilience regulations, shifting focus from traditional risk management to proactive resilience. 

Before his role with the regulator, Jack spent 15 years as a consultant across resilience, business continuity, crisis management and risk management disciplines.

He has led engagements for systemically important global banks, helping them understand their critical business services and develop practical incident response plans to be prepared for disruptions. 

Jack believes that shaping a more resilient financial system will provide better outcomes for everyone in society, like maintaining access to cash and the global payments system.
