How Jon is building a better working world

"Mentoring has helped me to broaden my perspectives as a leader. I take part in formal mentor programmes, within EY and with the 30% Club – a global organisation that takes action to increase gender diversity at board and senior management levels. I was proud to be recently recognised at EY’s International Women’s Day awards as a ‘motivating mentor’ - helping to support the career development of talented professionals, making a difference to their career trajectories."
