As a corporate lawyer for EY UK&I, Mark has extensive experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
His clients include listed and private companies, their shareholders and stakeholders. He has a track record of working with professionals across EY on interdisciplinary projects.
Prior to EY, Mark worked at a Magic Circle law firm in London and a leading national law firm in Manchester. He has also worked within the legal departments of two FTSE 100 companies.
Mark has a Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
