Paul is a partner in our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team and is a member of the UK&I Performance, Markets and Investment Committee.
He advises on mergers and acquisition transactions and restructurings for leading European and global Private Equity clients.
Paul leads our UK and Ireland Private Equity practice, having worked in industry for over 16 years.
He is passionate about innovation and tech transformation and leads global innovation projects within our ITTS practice. He is also the Innovation Leader for our tax team in EMEIA.
Prior to joining EY, Paul worked in financial services as well as a few years in industry at a major PLC.
