How Richard is building a better working world

“My aim is to support leaders in creating a better working world by enabling them to develop performance environments where their teams can thrive. I believe everyone should be able to work somewhere that they feel valued, they are contributing to the success of the organization and they are challenged to produce their best work. Leaders have a responsibility to create a culture where this is possible."
