Simon is the Energy & Resources Market Lead for EY Seren, EY's customer transformation agency. He joined EY in 2003 and has over 15 years of experience across complex market and customer strategy. In recent years, he has led various projects related to the smart home, zero-emission vehicles and digital transformation.
Simon is passionate about exploring consumer attitudes towards sustainability and understanding how energy companies can develop commercial propositions to support behavioural changes.
He is keen to help clients in the energy sector exploit the opportunities for growth and create competitive advantage, in order to get them on the journey to net zero.
