Stuart Wilkinson

EY UK Cambridge Office Managing Partner

Advises clients on the tax implications of their activities and transactions. Works with international and UK businesses alike. Occasional cyclist and golfer, who enjoys walking in the countryside.

In addition to his role as Head of Tax for the East region, Stuart is responsible for leading and managing EY's Cambridge office.

Prior to joining EY, Stuart was also regional Head of Tax for another Big Four firm.

With over 25 years of experience in tax, Stuart advises clients on a wide range of tax issues. This involves helping clients understand the tax implications of their activities and transactions and how to improve their tax function effectiveness in a rapidly changing world.

Stuart has a bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Nottingham, an Executive MBA from Edinburgh University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

How Stuart is building a better working world

“I advise clients on how to get their tax right - helping them to deliver value to their stakeholders and communities.

I’m passionate about working with and learning from our local community. I sponsor the EY Foundation's Smart Futures programme in Cambridge which supports local school pupils in gaining valuable employment skills. I am also a volunteer with Tax Help for Older People, helping those on low incomes to meet their tax obligations and filing requirements.

I was also formerly a board member of the Cambridge Byte Night committee, supporting Action for Children in the local community."
